SickSpot Terms of Use and Community Rules
Effective: 2 October 2026 · Last updated: 6 October 2026
By creating a SickSpot account you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app itself; where the two differ, these terms govern your use of SickSpot's online features.
What SickSpot is
SickSpot is a tool for recording poker hands, sessions, and bankroll results and for sharing hands with friends. SickSpot does not offer gambling, does not take wagers, and does not move money. Results you enter are your own records.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.
Your content
You own what you record. By sending a hand or session to a friend, you give SickSpot permission to store it and show it to that friend. You can delete your account at any time, which removes what you've sent.
Community rules
SickSpot has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post or send:
- harassment, threats, hate, or targeting of any person or group;
- sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- spam, scams, advertising, or links to gambling or money services;
- other people's private information;
- anything illegal.
Only accepted friends can send you anything. Anyone can report a hand or user from the app (long-press a hand a friend sent, the "…" menu on their page, or long-press them in Friends), and block a user so nothing they send is ever shown. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and accounts that break them repeatedly or severely are terminated without notice.
Service
SickSpot is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
