We usually reply within a day.

Email support@hallsoftwaresolutions.com with your device, iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account. Your account and everything in it is removed from our servers and your device, usually within seconds. Signing out or deleting the app does not delete the account.

How do I report or block someone?

Long-press a hand a friend sent you, use the "…" menu on their page, or long-press them in Friends, then choose Report. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Block hides everything from that user; Profile → Blocked users lets you undo it.

My data isn't showing on my other device.

Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both, and open the app with a connection. SickSpot saves on the device first and syncs when it can.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, enter your email, tap Forgot password, then enter the code from the email with your new password. The code comes from no-reply@verificationemail.com, so check spam, and make sure it's the email you signed up with: for privacy, the app says a code was sent even when no account has that email.

Face ID stopped signing me in.

Signing out forgets the saved sign-in on purpose. Sign in once with your email and password; with Sign in with Face ID on in Profile → Security, Face ID works again from the next launch.

I left the live session screen. How do I get back?

While a session is running, the Sessions tab shows it as the Live row at the top of its list; tap it to go back to the table. A paused session (a multi-day tournament you bagged) sits in the Paused section of the Sessions tab; tap it to carry on.
